Three Bollywood actors, a film being made for OTT
Discussions have been going on for a long time for the famous digital pair of film directors Abbas Mastan’s first digital film ‘Penthouse‘.
Now, this mystery thriller is about its heavy cast in the film discussion. Indeed, media reports suggest that Abbas Mastan has cast Bobby Deol, Arjun Rampal, and Sharman Joshi in the lead roles for this film.
However, all information about the film and its characters are currently kept secret.
If the information from media sources is correct, then the Abbas Mastan duo is going to work with actor Bobby Deol after 13 years.
Prior to this film, he has worked in films like Soldier, Ajnar, Hamaraj, and Nakab.
At the same time, Arjun Rampal and Sharman Joshi will be seen working with this directorial pair for the first time.
The makers of the film are currently in talks with the Maharashtra Film, Theater, and Culture Development Corporation.
He wants permission for this film to be made in a large set at Film City in Goregaon, Mumbai.
Reports suggest that the shooting of this film may start from the last week of September keeping in mind all the guidelines issued by the government.
The shooting of this film was supposed to start in April but due to the lockdown caused by the coronavirus, the entire cinema industry was locked.
The shooting of TV serial has started in Unlock-1 Key some time ago but the shooting of films and OTT projects are yet to start.
Abbas Mastan also spoke to the media about this. However, he declined to confirm any information.
He said, ‘For the moment, a lot of things are in the line, but work is still going on on all of them.
For now, it is more important for people to be safe. The safety of the health of the people working with us is our priority.
The director duo last saw Abbas’s son Mustafa Burmavala on screen with the film ‘Machine’. He has been seen opposite Kiara Advani in this film. However, the film flopped.
