Bam Margera

Authorities found Bam Margera hiding out in a Florida hotel room after he escaped a nearby rehab facility two days earlier.

He was sober and cooperative when cops and a crisis intervention team picked him up in Delray Beach and took him to the rehab facility in the same city, sources told TMZ.

As a result, Margera, 42, left his court-ordered program on Monday after complaining that the center’s restrictions were too restrictive.

An analyst told the outlet the reason behind his dissatisfaction was that he was not receiving special treatment compared to his previous stints in other rehabs.

On Tuesday, a “Jackass” alum posted a photo on Instagram.

Margera kept a social media presence while cops were searching for him, posting a selfie of himself with Machine Gun Kelly and Nicole Boyd on the day he escaped.

Following a disturbance at a Florida hotel last year, Bam Margera was admitted to rehab.

Deputies learned that Mr. Margera had been issued an ex parte order for court-ordered rehabilitation when they arrived, the Sheriff’s Office in Pinellas County reported in September.

According to TMZ, Margera filed a lawsuit against longtime co-star Johnny Knoxville, director Spike Jonze, and Paramount Pictures after he was fired from the franchise’s latest film over drug use. The lawsuit was settled in April.
