Hero MotoCorp today launched the Destini 125XTEC’ scooter at a starting price of Rs 69,990 going up to Rs 79,990 (both prices are ex-showroom, India) for the top variant. The scooter is now also available in a new Nexus Blue colour.
Features
The Destini 125 ‘XTEC’ gets new LED headlamps and chrome inserts all-around. In terms of styling, the scooter receives mirrors with chrome elements, muffler protector, a dual-tone seat, ‘XTEC’ badging and coloured inner panels to mark an appeal.
A rider can access vehicle and connectivity functions swiftly via the new digital analog Speedometer with Bluetooth connectivity as it displays incoming and missed call alerts, new message alerts, timings along with the RTMI and low fuel indicator. Also, it gets a front USB charging port.
Engine
The Hero Destini 125 XTEC is available in seven exciting colours. Speaking of technical specifications, the scooter is powered by a 5cc BS-VI compliant engine producing a power output of 9 BHP @ 7000 RPM and torque of 10.4 NM @ 5500 RPM. The new Destini 125 XTEC comes with the i3S patented technology for a better fuel efficiency.
For rider and pillion safety, the scooter has a side-stand visual indication and a ‘Side-stand Engine cut-off’.
