Rapper Badshah adds Audi Q8 SUV worth Rs 1.38 crore to his garage

Popular Indian rapper Badshah aka Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia has reportedly acquired the new Audi Q8 SUV. In a social media post shared by the Head of Audi India, Balbir Dhillon, the rapper can be seen giving a thumbs up, standing with his new SUV and Dhillon. The post read, ‘ A car that matches @badboyshah ‘s performance and versatility, the #AudiQ8. We welcome @badboyshah to the #AudiExperience #FutureIsAnAttitude.

Soon after, Badshah himself posted a picture of his new vehicle with the caption, ‘Dynamic, sporty, versatile, this car is just like me. I’m excited to start my journey with the #AudiQ8.’ The Audi Q8 is currently available in India in two variants, the Celebration Edition and the 55 TFSI Quattro. Prices for the SUV range from Rs 1.04 crore and go up to Rs 1.38 crore respectively. However, either post had no mention of which variant the music star has added to his garage.

The Audi Q8 will share the garage with Badshah’s other luxury vehicles such as the Jeep Wrangler, Porsche 718 Cayman, Rolls Royce Wraith and more. The 55 TFSI Quattro has a 3-litre petrol engine that is also equipped with a 48-volt mild hybrid system. The system produces a combined 340 horsepower and 500 Newton metres of torque. Giving the SUV the power to accelerate from 0-100 mph in just 5.9 seconds. The 8-speed automatic transmission sends power to all four wheels.

Inside the Q8 you can find all the luxury features that one would expect from such an expensive car. The cabin is loaded with features such as a panoramic sunroof, ambient lighting, Audi Virtual Cockpit, a 10-speaker sound system and more. The SUV also comes with Audi’s matrix LED lighting system that adds a signature design element to the car. The Q8 rivals other popular luxury SUVs such as the BMW X7 and Volvo’s XC90.
