Salman Khan’s Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali set being constructed on Film City’s helipad area, shooting to begin on April 25 | Hindi Movie News

Salman Khan will begin shooting for Sajid Nadiadwala‘s ‘Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali’ from April 25 at the helipad area located in a studio with the Film City premises. An industry source revealed to ETimes, “A township is being built on the helipad area and a majority of the film will be shot on this set.”

There have been reports that Salman may begin the shooting of the film with action sequence and his entry could be on a helicopter. Those in the know have revealed that it could be a sequence similar to that of an iconic Shah Rukh Khan scene. But the source could not confirm to ETimes if the helicopter scene was meant for Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali or another Salman film that is being shot right now.

Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali is to be directed by Farhad Samji and it will feature other actors including Zaheer Iqbal, who was launched by Salman in ‘Notebook’ back in 2019. ETimes has learnt that there are talks going on with Govinda’s nephew Krushna Abhishek and Shreyas Talpade, to feature in prominent roles, too. This will also be the first time that actress Pooja Hegde works with Salman. They did feature together in the recently concluded Dabangg tour, though. Telugu actor Venkatesh will also be seen in the film. Sources believe he is likely to play Salman’s brother.

Meanwhile, producer Sajid Nadiadwala is also working on the script of Kick 2, with which he will return to directing Salman Khan.
