Ali Wong and hubby Justin Hakuta separated after 8 years of marriage.
The couple met in 2010 at a friend's wedding, and married in 2014. Wong and Hakuta have 2 daughters: Mari 6, Nikki 4.
In the 2016 Netflix special "Baby Cobra", Wong said that she misunderstood Hakuta, the child of video game show host Ken Hakuta.
"The first thing I found out about him was that, at the time, he was participating in Harvard Company School
As well as I resembled, 'Oh my God, I'm gonna catch (him),'" Wong claimed.
"And also I trapped (him) originally by not kissing him until the 5th date, But I did it purposefully due to the fact that I recognized that he was a catch."
Wong made fun of married life in the Netflix special "Don Wong", saying that she feels "deeply jealous" of single people.
"If you're passionately involved with someone, and after that all of the abrupt,
…that someone reveals a characteristic that you don't like, you might just leave, transfer to another city and never see their silly face again,"
